Quentin Bourgeois | Yacht Broker at Fraser Yachts Monaco
Jan 28, 2026
With a background in business development, passion for yachts after spending five-plus years in Fraser’s Charter department, one of the world’s leading superyacht companies. His remit covered 30 to 70m yachts, which is superyacht charter market’s most demanding tier, defined by the highest guest expectations and the tightest margins.
Managing charter vessels means understanding crew dynamics, maintenance scheduling, guest psychology, regulatory compliance, and seasonal positioning. Quentin developed that knowledge through direct responsibility, not observation.
His Charter Retail experience added a client-facing dimension, learning what charterers actually seek, which vessels deliver on promises, and how small details determine whether a week becomes unforgettable or merely adequate.
"Understanding what makes a yacht work for charter is what creates the best experience overall" explains Bourgeois.
That dual foundation now distinguishes his sales practice. When evaluating yachts for purchase, he notices what some sales brokers miss: crew accommodation affecting retention, technical systems impacting maintenance costs, layout decisions determining charter viability.
From Fraser’s Monaco office in Port Hercules, he works with buyers and sellers in French, English, and Italian. Recent transactions include the 65m ETERNITY, sold alongside colleague and mentor Jan Jaap Minnema in January 2026. He is now also a joint listing broker for ALFA NERO, reflecting his growing presence in the market.

Operations Before Sales
Quentin doesn’t just talk deal flow or market timing. He brings the operational insight gained from actually running charter programmes, experience most sales brokers never see. It shapes every evaluation, every recommendation and every transaction.
Whilst working closely in Monaco with Jan Jaap Minnema, a 25-year industry veteran, also has close partnership with Asia Marine in one of the industry’s fastest-growing emerging markets.
