METS Amsterdam 2025 — Full Guide, Review & What To Expect in 2026

Your complete guide to METS Amsterdam 2026. Exhibitors, trends, Superyacht Zone, travel tips and a full review of METS 2025.

Nov 21, 2025

METS Amsterdam has become the heartbeat of the global marine world. If you work in superyachts, refit, engineering or marine systems, this is the week when everyone lands in the same building and the industry’s real conversations happen.

With METSTRADE 2026 returning to the RAI Amsterdam next November, here’s a complete guide — including a clear, grounded review of the 2025 show, new trends, what to expect in 2026, and insider tips to get the best out of the event.

Whether you’re attending as a builder, designer, supplier or media partner, this is everything you need to know.

Type: Global marine equipment trade show
Exhibitors: Expected 1,700+
Visitors: 20,000+ across 135+ countries
Zones: Superyacht Pavilion, Construction Materials, Country Pavilions, Start-Up Area, Foiling Tech Zone, USA Stage, Young Professionals Club

METS remains a trade-only event — not a public consumer boat show — which keeps the conversations focused, technical and commercially meaningful.

METS 2025 was the largest edition in the show’s history. It filled all halls of the RAI for the first time and set a clear tone for where the sector is heading.

The Superyacht Coating Conference (co-located with METSTRADE) will returned at the RAI and is poised to deliver highly specialised sessions on coatings, inspection, regulation and innovation. The side-events programme for METSTRADE 2025 has been expanded significantly, including new zones, formats and segments (superyacht, coatings, yacht racing etc).

The Superyacht Forum - With the “NXT” theme, the message is unmistakable: the future of superyachts is less about constant new builds and more about refit, technology, sustainability and how these vessels live over their entire lifecycle.

During the week, YATCO distributed its Captains’ Journal to visiting captains and industry contacts.
