Arrow Sets the Bar High with Prestigious Event at YCDM

Last night, industry leaders gathered at the Yacht Club of Monaco Pool Deck for a private event hosted by Arrow, the yacht, new-build and refit management company recognized for its professional expertise and long-standing excellent reputation. The evening brought together two hundred and fifty senior figures from across yachting for networking.

Yerin Hobson, Arrow CEO explained the importance and inspiration for the evening:

“People come first in our organization. When we value our team, our colleagues and, most of all, our clients, we build better relationships, better communication and better results. An event like this evening celebrates the people that create our success”

The guest list included representatives from banking, yacht design, shipbuilding, vessel operations, family offices and owners; representatives. The mix reflected both the breadth of the industry, and the close professional network Arrow has cultivated in recent years. Conversations covered a range of topics, from sustainable innovation in yacht design to operational best practices at sea.

Arrow’s leadership team, joined by partners from Oceanco, engaged directly with attendees, reinforcing the company’s emphasis on personal service and long-term relationships. The event was designed not simply as a social occasion, but as a forum to strengthen professional ties and to underline Arrow’s role in shaping the future direction of the industry.

A notable feature of the evening was the atmosphere of collaboration. Arrow’s event partner, the world-renowned superyacht shipyard Oceanco share this value and vision for the sector. Paris Baloumis, Group Marketing Director at Oceanco, commented:

“We believe firmly that collaboration is the key to success. This event is an opportunity to bring some of the finest professionals together in a light, celebratory and inclusive way”

The event facilitated connections that may lead to future partnerships and highlighted the shared commitment to the continued development of the superyacht sector.

By hosting this event, Arrow underscored its position as a trusted leader in yacht management and construction, while also reinforcing its role in fostering the relationships that drive the industry forward.
